Whitbys Books and Gifts Store uses Canada Post mailing services. All items are shipped within 2 business days. If you would like to receive your order by next day courier service, please contact us to see what can be arranged.
We hope that you will love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items in their original condition and packaging along with proof of purchase, within 7 days, stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less postage costs. We recommend that you return your item via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by us.
In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty please return it to us with the original receipt within 30 days.
We are sorry that books, CDs, DVDs, and other published materials are not returnable.
